Buying or Refinancing is a big deal, whether you’re doing it for the first time or getting back into the ever-changing market. Crestway Mortgage Group is 100% committed to helping inform and educate borrowers about homeownership. We know that informed homebuyers are more likely to be successful homeowners.
We have therefore partnered with Framework Homeownership LLC to provide comprehensive homeownership education and counseling that meets HUD guidelines and exceeds National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education and Counseling.
Framework has assembled a network of nonprofit counseling partners that make it easy for homebuyers and homeowners to get objective, one-on-one advice whenever they need it. When you educate yourself for smart homeownership, you’ll navigate every step of the process with confidence.
Online Classes

Please choose the course that best fits your needs. You only need to complete one of the following courses to meet our home buyer education requirement. In addition, only one person on the loan is required to complete the course.
Framework: $75
This course is offered in English and Spanish. This will be an online only course lasting 6-8 hours.
eHomeAmerica: (any provider) $99
This course is offered in English and Spanish. In addition, it will connect you to a local, non-profit housing counselor after completion should you need additional assistance from a neutral 3rd party throughout your home buying process. This will be an online course lasting 6-8 hours.
Clearpoint/Money Mortgage International: $35
This course is only offered in English. This will be an online only course lasting 6-8 hours.
